DESCRIPTION:Esacure ITX is a photoinitiator that is used in combination with a suitable coinitiator, e.g., ethyl 4-(dimethylamino) benzoate (EDB), to initiate UV free radical polymerization. Esacure ITX is used in inks, varnishes, and decorative coatings.
FEATURES INCLUDE: clear and pigmented coatings, fast cure response, suggested use level = 0.25 - 1.5 wt.% (with 2-5 wt.% Esacure EDB)
PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES INCLUDE: Good Surface Cure, Good Through Cure, Low Odor (cured film)
APPLICATIONS INCLUDE: Coatings, metal * Inks * Overprint varnishes |
