Solutia Chemical Co., Ltd., Suzhou formerly known as Monsanto Chemical Co., Ltd., Suzhou, established on Jan 1st, 1995 by Jiangsu Chemical Pesticide Group and Monsanto Inc., formerly one of the three largest American chemical companies and the world largest heat transfer fluid(HTF) producer. It is also Monsanto's first joint venture in China. To meet the strategy need of company's development, formerly Monsanto Inc was divided into two independent companies in Sept. 1997. Formerly Monsanto Chemical Co., was renamed to Solutia Inc. As the result of parent company spin-off, effective Apr.1, 1998 Monsanto Chemical Co., Ltd., Suzhou was formally renamed to Solutia Chemical Co., Ltd., Suzhou.

Taking the advantage of Monsanto's proprietary state-of-the-art technicaly support, key manufacturing capabilities & raw materials, sophisticated managent system and technial support, we are manufacturing and marketing series therminol¢ç brand synthetic HTF (T-55,T-66,VP-1,etc.), which are widely used in kinds of chemical, petrochemical and other heating systems.In recent years,Therminol,heat transfer fluid has become the premier high temperature,low pressure heat transf fluid of choice in PTA,TET,and polystyrene indestries.
