ASIMCO Shuangtai mainly manufactures wire spoke wheels, disc wheels and related components for motorcycle & automobile. Now, ASIMCO Shuangtai has 13 series of parts and accessories, more than 400 types.
ASIMCO Shuangtai equipped with perfected surface treatment lines, including 4-layer nickel chrome plating line, Cupper-nickel chrome plating line, Zinc plating line, Aluminum anodizing line, Electrophoresis Cataphoresis (Cataforesis) and Painting/Coating line. And introduced advanced technology and management systems from U.S., Japan and Taiwan, possess high R&D capabilities and industry leading technologies, products and production capability.
ASIMCO Shuangtai has approved the ISO9001, QS9000 TS16949 and ISO14001certification of T¨¹V. We provide OEM products and service for the domestic and international motorcycle and automotive OEMs, such as Yamaha, Honda, SUZUKI and Jialing etc., exports Harley Davidson (H-D) aftermarket parts, laced wire spoke wheels, hubs and rims to U.S., Europe and Southeast Asia. Also we provide custom business for machine work, surface treatment such as chrome plating, powder coating, painting and anodizing etc.
