目前已建成投产的主要设备：
蓄热式熔炼炉2台。均匀化炉1台。
台湾进口500吨-4000吨挤压机9台。
日本引进全自动氧化，电泳生产线1条。
意大利进口全自动竖挂式粉末喷涂线1条。并配备德国进口直读光谱仪、拉力试验机、硬度计,测厚计,光泽计,色差仪等大批检测设备。
公司承接6463,6061，6063,7005等各种材质的散热器类，面板类，管材类，以及汽车，火车，轮船，地铁，机械零件类等一系列铝型材的精工制作与非标铝型材的专业开模生产,满足您特别需要。表面处理可氧化．电泳．喷涂等
