Company Description (Introduction)
Founded on May 28, 2003, Deqing Jianyang Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Deqing Zhongguan Industrial Park, just beside the Shenghua Baike Company. We now have half million yuan of registered fund and 8,668sqm of land ( 1,800sqm of building area and 6,868sqm of afforestation area). Meanwhile, with total investment of 6 million yuan and 40 employees, Jianyang is a specialized manufacturer of Isooctyl Mercaptoa cetate, we now can produce 1,800 tons of Isooctyl Mercaptoa cetate every year.
Jianyang started to build our factory in May, 2003, the equipment was installed from September to November, 2003. We started to produce in December , 2003, and started to debug our equipment from January to March, 2004. The monthly output was about 40 tons. We Started to make normal production from April, 2004, the monthly output was 130 ton, which can meet the designed standard and customers requirements.
Moreover, we also invested 0.15 million yuan to build relative waste process system. Besides normal manufacture, we trained our employees to be environmental persons. There is one professional analyst who is in charge of inspection and one operator for the pre-process of sewage. Only sewage whose COD is not more than 500 can be discharged into the sewage process center of Zhongguan town. On November 15, 2003, Jianyang signed the contract with Zhongguan town sewage process centre. At present, about 0.5 tons of sewage is discharged to Zhongguan town sewage process centre from our factory every day.
