Company Description (Introduction)
Dongying Shengli Oilfield Polymer Co.,Ltd, the subsidiary of Chang¡¯an Group Company, owns a registered capital of RMB 78 million and a fixed assets of RMB 0.26 billion. There are now 480 employees in our company, 50£¥ of whom have received college education, 25 of whom have master degrees and 2 of whom have postdoctoral degrees. Our company has two branch factories, sales branches, technical center and postdoctoral research and development station.
Our company has successively undertaken national pilot scale test of "the eighth five-year plan"¡ª¡ªthe project of producing acrylamide with microbiological method and project of "the ninth five-year plan"¡ª¡ªdevelopment of acrylamide with yearly production capacity of 10,000t. Products have taken the place of imported products and filled domestic vacuum. It has greatly reduced the production cost of "tertiary oil recovery" in oil field. We were praised in national technological meeting. In 2001, our company undertook model project of national hi-tech industrialization¡ª¡ªhigh molecular weight polyacrylamide with a yearly production capacity of 13,000t. This project received acceptance in September of 2002. At present, yearly production capacity of our company has reached 32,000t/year. Our company has become one of the largest production bases for high molecular weight polyacrylamide.
In 2001, our company undertook model project of Information and Industry Department. This project received acceptance in October of 2002. DCS control is used in production plant, which has greatly improved enterprise¡¯s informatization level.
In 2002, our company undertook ¡°863¡± plan of the tenth "five-year plan"¡ª¡ª development of multifunctional water-reserving agent£¨2002AA2Z4171£©. This project was completed one year earlier than the original time and received acceptance on December 18 of 2004.
Guided by technology, our company has established close cooperative relationships with Shanghai Shuangjian Biochemical Technical Center, PetroChina Exploration & Development Research Institute, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics China Academy of Sciences, East China University of Science & Technology, Shandong University, China University of Petroleum, Qingdao Technology University, Nanjing University of Science & Technology and Beijing University of Science & Technology.
Our company is trying to strengthen inner management by continuously perfecting rules and regulations. We have set up quality assurance system and received certificate of ISO9001:2000 quality certification.
Our company was restructured in June of 2004. We are striving to build two production bases and one technological park.
