上海汇丽-塔格板材有限公司成立于1996年，是目前国内最早的聚碳酸酯板材生产厂家之一。公司是由上海汇丽（集团）有限公司、以色列TUVGAL公司及美国高动有限公司共同组建的中外合资企业。投资总额930万美元，注册资金665万美元。
公司以国际化模式打造世界一流的聚碳酸酯板材产品：从意大利引进国际最先进的OMIPA生产线，采用世界上首创PC中空板产品的TUVGAL公司的生产控制技术，选用世界一流跨国企业德国拜耳、美国陶氏聚碳酸酯原材料。板材种类丰富，品质卓越。
