Royalene 301-T
EPDM
Royalene 301T EPDM is a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene and a non-conjugated diene (DCPD). This general-purpose grade offers low Mooney viscosity, excellent wet electrical stability and outstanding processing. Typical applications for Royalene 301T include medium voltage wire and cable insulation, white sidewalls for tires, and extruded profiles. This grade is also used in blends with butyl rubber for inner tubes.
-Excellent dry and wet electrical stability
-Functions as a non-staining polymeric antiozonant in blends with
-NR, SBR and other diene polymers
-Excellent low temperature properties
-Provides ozone and heat resistance in blends with butyl and diene polymers
* Applications:
-Medium voltage power cable insulations
-In blends with diene elastomers for coverstrips, white sidewalls of bias and radial tires
-In blends with Butyl rubber to improve heat and ozone resistance for inner tubes
-Extruded Profiles
