EPALLOY 8230E is a low viscosity epoxidized Bisphenol F resin. It exhibits very low hydrolyzable chloride content coupled with a high degree of reactivity and outstanding chemical resistance. 8230E is noncrystallizing. It is compatible with all standard curing agents and most resin systems and solvents. Its exceptionally low hydrolyzable chlorides make 8230E the preferred resin for electronic encapsulants and laminates.
