EPALLOY 7190N75 is a 100% solids low viscosity blend of the diglycidyl ether of neopentyl glycol (ERISYS GE-20) and epoxidized Bisphenol A (DGEBA) resin. The difunctional structure of GE-20 produces higher crosslink densities in cured formulations. Thus, the effect of the diluent on cured properties is not as dramatic as that caused by monofunctional diluents. Cure rates are not adversely effected. 7190N75 will produce improvements in chemical and heat resistance compared to DGEBA diluted with monofunctional or non-reactive diluents.
EPALLOY 7190N75 is compatible with most other epoxy resins and curing agents. It is a low odor product finding utility in 100% solids chemical resistant floor coatings and trowelable floors.
