PAT-522/D is a liquid external release agent, formulated for polyurethane foams and elastomers.
PAT-522/D is a dispersion free of silicones, which forms a closed film on the mould surface.
This film has a strong resistance to chemicals as well as anti-ashesive qualities.
With one single application multiple releases can be obtained.
Using PAT-522/D will also help to reduce mould dirtying.
