FD-2089 is a pulverized, heat resistant, phenolic resin of the novolac type.
Specifically developed as a general purpose bond for friction elements, it has excellent molding latitude under a variety of conditions and is used in both asbestos and non-asbestos compositions.
FD-2089 finds use in brake blocks, disc pads, linings, and other off-road friction applications. |
