TETRA 80 is a white high purity calcium chloride pellet with 77%-82% CaCl2 by weight, easily soluble in water.
TETRA 80 has the following features:
- Very low impurities, good source of soluble calcium ions
- Free flowing pellet
- Non-dusting
- Fast dissolving
- Low crystallization point (approx. -50'F for a 30% solution)
TETRA 80 is suitable for ready mix concrete acceleration, dust stabilization on unpaved roads, tire weighting, swimming pool water treatment, highway deicing, oilfield drilling and cementing, desiccant and dehumidification, brine refrigeration, and other applications requiring ASTM D98 and AASHTO Ml 44 Standards. |
