| Titanate Coupling Agent NDZ-101 |

NDZ-101 is monoalkoxy fatty acid titanate coupling agent and equates KR-TTS(Kenrich Chemical Company U.S.). NDZ-101 is compatible to semi-polar material and it is used in nonpolar material and semi-polar material,such as PP, PE to improve the mechanical properties and other properties of composite malerial.
* Application:
1.It is applied for the treatment of those inorganic fillers such as CaCo3, tale etc. Which are filled into polylefins to improve the compatible properties between inorganic fillers and resins. It would improve the mechanical properties of those products and increase the fillers content, improve the processing properties and heat stability.
2.It may be used in coating to improve the inorganic fillers content and reduce the system viscosity. It attained abrasion resisane and corrosion resistance to coating layer and reduce the bake temperature and bake time.
3.The product is used in magnetic recording material and plastic magnets and rubber magnets. The magnets powder treated by it has excellent dispersion in polymer substrate and higher adhesion to polymer, and is filled in polymer in high solids content.The magnets recording materials by use of it has better fluidity and coatability, wear resistance, less dropouts, good fiexibility etc. |
