Some PVC compounds and formulations require processing at even higher temperatures than others, these are often referred to as 90Ø and 105Ø wires. Dibasic Lead Phthalate is normally the preferred stabilizer for these higher temperature wires. It also finds use in such diverse materials as certain kinds of rug backings.
