A vulcanizer and accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber, it can decompose activated charcoal only in vulcanization temperature, so it is safe to use, even high abrasion furnace black.
The effective sulfur content of it is about 27%.
The quantity of use can be reduced relatively when it is used as accelerator.
The speed of vulcanization can be improved if it is used with the accelerator thiazole, thiuram and aminodithioformic acid salt, etc.
It is easy to disperse in rubber materials and it is non-blooming, non-staining and non-degradation. |
