A fast curing accelerator for natural and butylbenzene rubber.
Generally used with the accelerator thiazole and sulfinyl amine.
Non-staining and non-degradation, so it can be use as main accelerator for successive curing.
Addded directly to rubber to resist incipient scorch.
At the curing temperature, the speed of curing is faster.
It can be used in making gas-pocket(the inner type of tyre¡¢water tyre), extrusion flexide pipe, carbine etc. but not used for the rubber products using for the foodstuff. |
