SYNTAC VG is the result of a deep structural modification on Mimosa vegetable extract, aiming to adjust the reactivity and dispersing power of the product, keeping at the same time some filling ability.
* Applications:
SYNTAC VG can be applied pure or combined with any other auxiliaries agents in the chrome leathers retannage or in the pretannage for vegetable leathers. We recommend the following dosages:
a) As a pretannage for vegetable leathers: 2-6% SYNTAC VG, after the pickle (pH close to 4,5) added before or together with the vegetable leather, on liming weight.
b) As a dyestuff dispersing: 1-4% SYNTAC VG after the neutralisation, on shaved weight, added fifteen (15) minutes before or together with the dyestuffs. |
