| Promoclean TP 175 |

Promoclean TP 175 is a liquid for rust and oxides removal, specially formulated for the ultrasonic cleaning and finishing of all mechanical parts.
Promoclean TP 175 is used diluted in water at a 10 to 30% concentration(in volume).
It is applied by spraying, with a brush or by immersion.
The bath can be heated up to 60'C.
Contact time will depend on the amount of oxides or scale to be removed, typically from 5 to 30 minutes.
It must then be rinsed with cold water.
Ferrous metals should be dried immediately after rinsing, in order to avoid post-corrosion.
Tanks containing Promoclean TP 175 solutions must be made of stainless steel or plastic coated soft steel. |
