Soy Lecithin is composed of a complex mixture of different constituants (phospholipids, glycolipids, carbohydrates and triglycerides). Soy Lecithin is a surface-active additive with emulsifying and dispersing properties and has the capability to interact with other substances as proteins or starches, producing synergetic effects.
Unitechem is produced exclusively from traditional NON-GMO soybeans, which crop and production is manufactured only in China. This is guaranteed by different analytical protein during cultivation, transport and production of the production of the products. The produced soy lecithin is stored and transported strictly segregated from other products until entering our plant.
