Dow Corning 939 Cationic Emulsion is a 35 percent cationic emulsion of an amine-functional silicone polymer. The amodimethicone active is delivered in an opaque, low-viscosity liquid with a neutral pH. It contains a non-tallow derived quaternary-amine surfactant and a biodegradable non-ionic surfactant. This emulsion enhances the conditioning performance of shampoos, conditioners and styling aids. The product provides easy formulation and good dilution stability. |
